Dear members Istanbul Technical University,

As of October 30, 2024, the “country quota” for publishing open access articles within the scope of the TÜBİTAK EKUAL - Wiley Open Access Agreement signed at the beginning of 2024 has expired.

Authors will see the following information in the system. The article quota will be reactivated on 01.01.2025.

"The open access funding agreement between TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM and Wiley has
exhausted for this year. Between now and 31 December 2024, you may still
choose to publish open access, but the publishing fee will not be
covered by the agreement. For more information, contact the open access
team at your institution."
