Dear Members of Istanbul Technical University,

Wiley Publishing, Read & Publish Agreement 2025 account has been activated as of 01.01.2025. The criteria for open access publication of articles are determined as follows:

• The quota for 2025 is 1561 articles in total. When the quota is exhausted, authors will not be able to see information about the “TÜBİTAK-Wiley AE Article Agreement” in the Wiley author system.
• The articles to be approved are limited to Research Article, Review Article, Data Article and Rapid Pubication in Wiley-WOS/Q1 and Wiley-WOS/Q2 group journals (excluding Hindawi group) included in WOS- SCIE, SSCI and AHCI subject classification. The journal list is attached to the e-mail for your attention.
• At least one of the authors should be an active faculty member of the universities and institutional e-mail should be used for article submissions in order to make the approval processes run more smoothly.

“Brief information notes” about the Agreement and ‘author workflow steps’ for OA article submission are included in the attached files. Please refer to pages 19-48 for hybrid journals and pages 49-57 for Gold AE journals.
