ACM Open agreement based on the “Read and Publish” model was signed in 2022 for the Association of Computing Machinery (ACM) Digital Library database, which we subscribe to through ANKOS (Anatolian University Libraries Consortium).

In this context, the publications you will make as a corresponding author in the content of ACM Digital Library will be published as open access without paying the article processing charge (APC).

The agreement covers all peer-reviewed ACM journals, conference proceedings and magazines listed. There will be no limit on the number of articles to be published.

We recommend that you pay attention to the following points:

1) The corresponding author should be identified as the person who will communicate with ACM throughout the peer-review process. 

2) The corresponding author must use the university e-mail address when uploading the article.

As part of the ACM Read and Publish agreement, all research articles published with at least one affiliated author who have a subscription to the ACM Digital Library during the license period are permitted to use full-text in their own institutional repository. Whether this article is published as open access or not, the full text of the article is submitted and can be added to the institutional repository. For this reason, it is important that you inform our Library after the publications of the repositories in the ACM Digital Library are accepted.
