Within the scope of the EKUAL Project conducted by TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM, an “Read & Publish” agreement covering both access to academic content and Open Access (OA) article publication for the 2026-2028 period has been signed with Oxford University Press (OUP).
Under the agreement:
You will be able to benefit from an annual quota for publishing OA articles in Hybrid and Full Open Access journals in the Oxford Journals Online 2026 journal collection, in accordance with the criteria.
