As part of the EKUAL Project conducted by TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM, a three-year (2026-2028) Read & Publish Agreement has been signed for The Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC) journals. Within this scope, as there is a certain number of open access article quotas, TÜBİTAK has determined the criteria for articles that will receive APC (article processing charge) support. All details regarding the agreement are provided in the attached document.
